After reaching out I like to begin with a phone consultation, in this chat we’ll discuss initial ideas and try to form a collaborative idea of the project, big or small I find this always help me to better understand my clients ideas as well as troubleshooting any issues in the design in real-time. The most important part creating an idea we can move forward with.

In this 1st chat I’ll also try to outline as best I can, possible time frames and ruff potential costs.

Often there’s a wait between this discussion and our 1st appointment. I like to have a second consultation 3-4 days before our appointment. This give me a chance to refresh my memory and aloes the client feel confident we’re on the same page! Of corse changes can made to designs, but this process overwhelmingly tends to ensure success!
